We have always had the ethos that we need to support local as much as possible – and now given that the world has been a bit topsy-turvy, that is more important than ever!

So here is our list (We’re sure we need to add to it, and will as we remember!)

Our pods were built 30 miles away by Universal Log Pods.

The Kitchen and bathrooms were built by Garden Room Wales, based approximately 20 miles away – and they were awesome, having never done this combination before, they actually built the bathrooms around our shower trays as we were so determined to have the biggest and best showers possible!!

Our website (and all other techy issues!) are hosted and looked after by Jon and Rebecca at Storm Development, and they are so close that when they had a horse she was kept here!

Any extra ground maintenance that we can’t do ourselves (lack of machinery and expertise!) is carried out by Ground Tech LTD, or our lovely local contractors Owen Webster, Dylan Williams and Evan Thomas.

Our electrician not only is amazing, but his family also come and stay regularly with us now! So, a big up to Gareth and the boys at GM Electrical.

Plumbers are notoriously difficult to pin down, but we have struck lucky with Tim Dean Plumbing and Heating Solutions!

Ami’s Bakes are who make our wonderful cakes for special occasions, Ami lives less than 2 miles away and we are so pleased for her as to how successful her business has become – but it does mean we now have to give her more notice to do our orders as she is so busy!!

And of course there are all of the other local businesses that we send our guests to when we are here, whether that is somewhere to eat, dolphin trips or local shops – they are all super important to us!!!!
